Super Bowl's TV ratings were short of the last 2 years' ratings, but still stands as the 3rd most watched program in U.S. television history. Nielsen reports that an estimated 108.4 million people watched the Ravens' 34-31 victory over the 49ers in the Super Bowl 2012. Last year's game, however, was seen by 111.3 million, and the 2010 game was viewed by 111 million. Could it be because of the power outage?
